With a full virtual studio, you can take your favorite fitness classes, trainers, and gym besties with you no matter where the military sends you.
Every trainer and accountability coach is certified by H6 FITNESS to show each exercise with modifications as needed. We will never single you out but rather will make modification alternatives made clear to all, so you can adjust to your fitness ability that day. Our programming created is with all fitness levels in mind, so each of our classes you can take as a beginner or as a fitness buff and get a fantastic workout that is scalable to you & your needs.
Every trainer and accountability coach is certified by H6 FITNESS & NASMA/ AFAA. Our mission is to make great fitness routines easily accessible & transient for the military spouse; and to show you the proper form/ modifications as well as guide, support, and educate you in your ability and knowledge so that you feel strong, aware, and confident in your body's ability, form, and safety.
If you are looking for virtual live, on-demand, in person or private 1:1 training, we have got you covered. We belive in making health and wellness for military spouses accessible and just as flexible as you are.

If you are new to yoga or an expert, trainer Randi has something for everyone! Start off with 5 minutes of guided meditation/ journaling and then get into a 20 minute yoga flow and and with 5 minutes of abs. This class is perfect for everyone!
